MY NEW HOME

Its like a feeling the mamma bird gets when she makes a nest for her little ones..well not that i am building one house for my kids(i dont have any) but it was exciting...
4th of june was the "vastu" a house warming ritual for my new house...its not a very big one but yes more spacious than the present one...that whole day was special..since i never had witnessed the ritual so carefully....
it began with offerings and prayers to GOD and new hopes and dreams...
And then all friends and well wishers joining in our bliss...
The day was hectic but it brought all of us closer as a family...responsibilties,happiness,worries all packaged together...and still we all were welcoming the new experience whole heartedly..
The shifting has still to be done,which of course would mean a whole lot of work but yes we are looking forward to it...
It also means we have to leave behind our present house's friends and neighbours but what i see is i shall be meeting new people and the old ones will still be special...
There are many memories that i and my family will be taking along with us form here only to add one new ones to the whole list...
so untill the shifting actually takes place,its chow from me...
